We are investors..... and we do this, buying properties, to make a reasonable profit while at the same time, allowing you to sell your property, fairly quickly ! We are NOT real estate agents ( who are.... GOOD people.... but they take ever soooo .... long, and then, may or may not sell your house ). We are PRIMARILY.... PROPERTY BUYERS ! We purchase a property, and most times, take some time ( not real long, but some time ) fixing up or otherwise, upgrading the property that we just purchased. Then, most times, we market the property, and eventually sell the upgraded property ! It is a process which takes time, and effort, and money, but we enjoy it ! That is how most of our properties go ! We work win-win .... the seller gets to sells his / her home, in a reasonably short period of time, we add some value to the home, spruce it up a bit and sell it to a ( usually ) PLEASED new home owner. " WIN-WIN-WIN " actually !!!

Because we have been so fortunate in being able to do this, and in our lives in general.....all Orange Bear Staff and any joint - venture associates working with any Orange Bear project, agrees, AHEAD OF TIME .... that once all money laid out up front is paid back ( investments in, investments returned ) and all other expenses are covered, ten percent ( 10 % ) of any profits from said project, is paid, OFF THE TOP, to a Veterans' or Church - Affiliated group in the community ! There are NO EXCEPTIONS to this rule. It is, quite simply, the cost of doing business the "Orange Bear Way" !
